Clients receive twelve structured, one-on-one coaching sessions focused on upgrading how they plan, decide, and execute in real-world conditions. These are not motivational conversations—each session produces practical systems, decisions, and action plans my clients use immediately.
Each session includes:

I work with teenagers and adults needing guidance in many areas–executive
functioning, academic skill building, academic and life transitions, including transition to college and the workforce, work-life balance, leadership development, and building confidence and resilience. My approach is tailored to each client’s unique needs.
Executive functioning skills are the cognitive habits that allow people to plan, organize, self regulate, and follow through. Many kids and adults know what they should do, but need additional support learning how to execute consistently.
As a systems coach, I help clients build practical, repeatable structures that support executive functioning in real life. This includes learning how to self advocate, stay organized, manage time, initiate tasks, and use simple tools like timers and routines to create momentum.
What makes my approach unique is that I don’t rely on internal motivation alone. I
intentionally combine clear systems with external motivation and accountability, so clients experience success early, build confidence, and gradually develop independence. The goal is not just to form better habits; it’s sustainable execution.

After our initial consultation, we will schedule your Strategy Session.
● In advance, I ask all clients to fill out an intake, asking for initial reflection on your goals, habits, and obstacles. I review this in detail in order to be able to offer immediate strategic guidance in the first meeting.
● The initial meeting includes a comprehensive discussion of my client’s current habits, practice, and goals. We will home in on their goals and clarify their call to action.
● Every client leaves the strategy meeting with clarity about their goals for the next 12 weeks and a personal accountability log with next steps.
● I provide an initial action plan reflecting the client’s key goals and structure for working together going forward.
Most clients choose to proceed with the 12-Week Program after the Strategy Session.
